Bilingual Lead Conversions Specialist - Luxury Cosmetic Practice

KERATO is a leading eye color change practice with offices in NYC and Miami.
We are looking for a bilingual employee with perfect Spanish and English (the more languages you know - the better), who will work as a sales person for the practice. Fluent Spanish is a must.
Schedule
Monday - Saturday: 3 pm - 9 pm;
There will be a 2-month trial with the training.
Salary: $21-24 depending on skills and experience. The bonus system will be discussed during the interview.

Duties
- Act as the primary Lead Conversion Specialist for the practice.
- You are a self-starter: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see a new lead come in, and you are on the phone within minutes.
- When new leads are handled, proactively reach out to older leads to re-engage them.
- You bring the energy: You have a warm, enthusiastic, and confident phone presence that makes luxury clients feel excited about booking.
- You hate being micromanaged: We give you the leads, the tools, and the training. You take ownership of your pipeline and deliver results without needing someone looking over your shoulder.
- Tech-savvy and highly organized: CRM experience (like HubSpot) is highly desirable. You must be a fast learner who is comfortable with technology, we are constantly improving our workflows, so our future candidate should adjust accordingly.
- The job emphasizes engaging with potential patients via phone, email, whatsapp, and social media.
- Take complete ownership of inbound leads, aggressively managing follow-ups to maximize conversion.
- A friendly high energy personality with an easy-going attitude and responsibility, being able to understand complex medical terminology and explain it to potential customers.
- The job requires handling all communication with potential clients through their pipeline journey from initial inquiries/scheduling up to assisting office after 5pm on Weekdays and on Saturday for post-procedure support and forwarding emergency patient inquiries to respective staff.
- Schedule patient appointments using the office's scheduling system

- Handle sales activity emails, messages, calls.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in customer service and sales. Previous experience in high-end aesthetic medicine is preferred.
Language: Perfect fluency in Spanish and English required.
Tech-Savvy & Organized: CRM experience (HubSpot, Square preferred) is a plus. If you are a fast learner comfortable with technology, we will teach you. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and Gmail.
Personality: Bring the energy. You have a warm, enthusiastic, friendly, and confident phone presence that makes clients excited to book. Polite, tidy, and easy-going.
Skills: Excellent at multitasking and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education/certification in medical administration is a plus.
Medical Knowledge: Knowledge of medical terminology or the desire and capability to learn it (in-office education provided).
Confidentiality: Strict ability to maintain the confidentiality of patient information.
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
