Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the salon.
• Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet retail sales goals.
• Assist in store management tasks, including inventory management and merchandising.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, techniques, and products.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.

Experience

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license is required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive client experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
