Business Development Manager – Enterprise Beauty (B2B)
Hybrid | Full-Time
We're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth across established beauty brands. This is a strategic B2B role combining account expansion (farmer) and new enterprise acquisition (hunter).
You'll work directly with procurement, sourcing, and brand teams, selling end-to-end solutions including packaging, applicators, tools, and sourcing programs. This is not retail or inside sales—it's consultative, relationship-driven enterprise selling.
What You'll Do
Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise beauty accounts through upsell and cross-sell
Identify and win new enterprise clients using industry relationships, events, and targeted outreach
Build strategic account plans aligned to client priorities and revenue targets
Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders within enterprise accounts
Partner cross-functionally to scope, launch, and deliver programs with strong execution
Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and forecasting
Represent the organization at client meetings and select industry events
Client Engagement
~40%+ client-facing time (virtual and/or in-person)
Periodic travel to client sites and industry events
What We're Looking For
7+ years of B2B sales and/or enterprise account management experience, in Pharma , Cosmetics, Beauty industries.
Proven success growing revenue within complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
Experience with consultative, solution-based selling
Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior decision-makers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable
Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary
$85,000–$100,000
Commission: 20% of base at target + uncapped upside
