Experienced Hair Stylist / Colorist

• Ingmar James Salon has an opening for an experienced hairstylist/colorist
• We are currently open 7 days a week and have shifts available mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. This position requires working Saturdays 9:00-5:00.
• This is an opportunity to grow your clientele and advance in your career, while being a part of a friendly and supportive team
• Stylists experienced in balayage techniques and men's haircuts will be especially considered
• We are an upscale hair salon in the East Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago
• All of our stylists are trained in haircolor, hair cutting, and styling. We use Schwarzkopf and Redken haircolor, and Schwarzkopf, Kevin Murphy, Milbon, and Redken styling products.
• Our ideal candidate will be hard-working, a team player, and up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques
• Our commission rates start at 46% and you receive promotions as you meet service sales and product sales goals

Experience

• Men's Haircutting: 1 year (Required)
• Haircutting/Haircolor: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification

• Cosmetology License (Required)
