Hairstylist (Booth Rental)

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Hairstylist with an establisted clientele. This independent contractor position offers the flexibility to manage your own schedule while providing high-quality hair services to your clientele. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for hairstyling, excellent customer service skills, and a comprehensive skill set in advanced styling techniques. As a booth renter, you will have the opportunity to provide your clients with a professional, upscale and supportive environment where ”the experience“ defines our core principle.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair styling services
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations
• Manage client consultations to recommend suitable services and products tailored to individual needs
• Maintain cleanliness of station, workspace & salon
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster client loyalty and satisfaction

Experience

• Proven experience in hair styling with expertise
• Skills in barbering, cosmetology, or related fields are advantageous
• Experience with retail sales, upselling strategies, and retail math to maximize client transactions
• Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration
