Schedule / Expected Work Hours

• 68-hour shifts
• Minimum one-weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
• 18 hours a week is required
• Days and evening shifts available
• Full & Part Time positions available

Responsibilities

• Customize massage and skincare experiences for each guest
• Perform massage service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, Gua Sha, and Aromatherapy
• Perform skincare service enhancements using Microdermabrasion, Ultrasonic, High Frequency, Gua Sha, LED Therapy and Aromatherapy
• Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage and skincare therapy
• Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths
• Help guests feel restored, balanced, and elevated every time they visit

Qualifications

• Current state license to perform massage therapy
• Current state/city license to perform skincare therapy
• Active liability insurance for massage therapy is required
• active liability insurance for skincare therapy is required
• Pass background checks
• Capable of performing full-body 50-minute massage services
• Capable of performing 50-minute facials, skin analysis, and familiar with using facial equipment
• Familiar with Dermalogica is helpful but not required
• A passion for wellness, teamwork, and delivering outstanding guest care
• Excellent at guest communication
