About the Role

As a Hair Stylist Apprentice, you will work closely with our senior stylists to learn advanced techniques, luxury service standards, and the art of creating an elevated guest experience. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow, refine their skills, and build a long-term career in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior stylists with daily services and client care
• Shampoo, condition, blow-dry, and prep clients for services
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon and stations
• Learn cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment techniques
• Provide exceptional customer service aligned with luxury standards
• Stay up to date with salon education, trends, and product knowledge

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology student or recent graduate (license as required by state)
• Strong passion for hair, beauty, and luxury service
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
