Join our team as a Medical Aesthetician, we are a physician-led practice located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. In this role, you will provide exceptional aesthetic services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. Your expertise will help clients achieve their aesthetic goals through personalized treatments and outstanding customer service.

What you’ll do

Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments independently, including custom facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, facial massage.
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and providing tailored skincare solutions.
Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and clean environment for all services.
Manage appointment scheduling and check-ins for their own clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products to promote retail sales.
Collaborate with team members to create an inviting atmosphere that prioritizes guest services.

Experience

Valid NYS cosmetology or esthetician license required.
Prior experience in a physician-led practice or aesthetic setting.
Proficiency in various aesthetic techniques such as extractions, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, etc.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
Familiarity with sanitation protocols and safety regulations in the beauty industry.
Experience with retail sales and upselling products during client consultations is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
