Our team of advanced medical professionals provides treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, PRF, microneedling, IV therapy, and skin rejuvenation procedures all within a warm, patient-centered environment.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and client care.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in, consent forms, and intake documentation.
• Record patient history, medications, allergies, and vital signs in Aesthetic Record (EHR).
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist the provider during injectables, PRF, laser, or IV therapy procedures.
• Maintain strict adherence to sterilization, OSHA, and NYS safety protocols.
• Clean and restock treatment rooms between patients.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and skincare products.
• Support daily operational tasks — scheduling, patient communication, and follow-ups.
• Provide post-procedure instructions and ensure every client feels supported and confident.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent healthcare training.
• CPR/BLS certification (required).
• 1+ year of experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or a MedSpa setting (preferred).
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and infection-control standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Polished, professional appearance and client-service mindset.
• Experience with Aesthetic Record or similar EHR system is a plus.
