Your Day

As a Licensed Barber/Stylist, you will engage with clients, learn about their desires, and bring their visions to life. You will strengthen your cutting, coloring, and shaving skills, build a consistent book of business, and offer additional treatments such as neck shaves and shoulder massages.

What We Need From You

• Active California barber or cosmetology license.
• Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others.
• Strong work ethic and motivation to excel.
• Reliability, punctuality, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, pull 25 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends and nights.
• Preferred previous experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Sales experience.
• Background in grooming, salon, or hospitality is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skill.
• Strong communication and team orientation.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
