Studio City, LA.

Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $48.00/hr your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients, learn their desires, and make their visions come true.
• Provide barbering and styling services; maintain high standards of service.
• Build and maintain a consistent book of business.
• Offer additional treatments such as relaxing neck shaves and shoulder massages.

What We Need From You

• Active California barber or cosmetology license.
• Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull 25 lbs.
• Ability to work weekends and nights to meet client availability.
• Sales experience; background in grooming, salon, or hospitality is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication.
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
