Duties

  • Responsible for acquiring and import operation of assigned vendor’s products placing the purchase orders.
  • Communicate with the vendors to negotiate for all aspect of production situation related purchasing orders and scheduled shipments.
  • Monitor and analyze periodically the factors affecting OEM production reflecting sales movement based on history, special promotion and market feedback and so on.
  • Manage inventory with incoming shipments to maintain proper stock level affecting warehouse storage space.
  • Coordinate with vendors on shipment schedules, prepares relevant documents and verifies the accuracy of the documents.
  • Identify and reconcile shipping information with system (MS Dynamics AX and WMS) updating with freight forwarders and broker.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, supply chain management, business administration, finance preferred.
  • Bilingual in Korean preferred.
  • Previous corporate purchasing work is preferred.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
