Job Summary

We are seeking talented and passionate Hairstylists to join our dynamic salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hair styling and customer service, with the ability to create personalized looks that enhance each client's natural beauty. We are looking for a P/T, Experienced Hairstylist with a following Clientele.

Duties

• Provide a wide range of hair services.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations
• Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients and scheduling appointments.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to deliver innovative services

Skilla

• Experience with all hair services
• Strong knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY for booking and client tracking
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members
• Abil
• Knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Background in cosmetology or barbering with relevant licensing required
• Store management experience is a plus for those interested in leadership roles
• Customer service skills focused on creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client satisfaction
• Ability to mentor team members and contribute positively to team dynamics
