Stylists working at least 30 hours with established client bases are earning between $45 to $88+ per hour (tips included)
Top performers are making more than $100K per year
Commission rates reach up to 75% – the more clients you serve, the greater your pay

Qualifications and What We’re Looking For

Active cosmetology or barber license
Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays for strong earning potential
Skilled in all areas of styling - cutting, coloring, fades, and consultations

Bonus points for stylists who come with an established client list. We’ll work together to continue building your following and increasing your commissions from day one.
