What We’re Looking For

We need a highly organized, Type A personality who thrives on structure and loves making sure everything is in its perfect place. Previous reception or front-of-house experience is a must, because you’ll be the smiling face and the organizational backbone of our salon.

Duties

Greet clients warmly and manage front desk responsibilities using salon booking software.
Schedule appointments for hair styling, coloring, and hair extensions.
Assist clients with retail sales of hair products through effective upselling techniques.
Maintain sanitation standards by ensuring all tools and workspaces meet health regulations
Coordinate with stylists to optimize appointment flow of the schedule.
Manage salon inventory and assist with stock replenishment
Support salon management with salon operations, including mentoring and overseeing daily tasks
Handle client inquiries professionally via phone or in-person, providing excellent customer service
Promote salon services and retail offerings to enhance client experience and satisfaction
Social Media support would be a plus

Experience

Prior experience in a salon or spa environment is preferred and training will be provided on specific salon software such as BOULEVARD
Knowledge of hair extensions, coloring or cutting is advantageous
Familiarity with retail sales principles, retail math, upselling strategies, and store management practices is beneficial
Strong communication skills are essential for effective client interactions and team collaboration
Experience with sanitation standards within a beauty or wellness setting is preferred
