Hair Bar NYC is growing fast, and we're looking for a talented, passionate Salon Educator to join our team. If you live and breathe hair — from cutting and coloring to advanced techniques and latest trends — and you love teaching others how to master the craft, this is for you.

Who We're Looking For

A true professional who

Has strong experience in haircutting, hair coloring, and modern techniques

Understands keratin, extensions, balayage, toning, and corrective color (or is willing to learn our systems)

Loves teaching, coaching, and helping stylists grow

Is confident, organized, and knows how to lead a training

Wants to be part of a fast-growing brand with huge opportunities

Is able and willing to travel between our New York and Florida locations

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor stylists across multiple Hair Bar NYC locations
• Teach cutting, coloring, product knowledge, and service consistency
• Ensure all stylists follow Hair Bar NYC standards, formulations, and service protocols
• Observe services and give constructive feedback
• Standardize techniques across all locations to protect the brand identity
• Assist in improving service menus, timing, and workflow
• Help maintain high service standards across all salons
• Assist in onboarding and skill-building for new hires
• Represent Hair Bar NYC's values, quality, and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60, $80,000.00 per year
