Qualifications and Experience

• The successful candidate for this job must hold a Cosmetology and/or Barber License that complies with the regulations set forth by the governing authority, which may vary depending on the location of the position

• To maintain the Great Clips® brand experience, ensure a thorough understanding of training, and put it into practice
• Support and motivate teammates regularly, both in their professional and personal lives, to reinforce a cohesive team environment
