Qualifications and Experience

• The possession of a legitimate Cosmetology and/or Barber License, the prerequisites for which depend on the state/province of employment, is a must-have for this role
• Having a sincere passion for cultivating strong bonds with patrons while providing exceptional hair styling
• Maintain the Great Clips® brand experience by adhering to the established guidelines and procedures, which have been provided through training
• Work in cohesion with your salon team to create an environment that promotes positivity and mutual respect

Depending on multiple factors, the accepted hourly wage for this job is in the range of $26 to $31 per hour
