Global Search ExpertWe are on behalf of a premium skincare brand to hire its Business Head for the US business. With a strong reputation, the business has a proven record and consistent growth. The role will lead and oversee the offline business and operations in the US market.
Key Responsibilities: Take full charge of the global brand asset management and promotion of the company. Ensure the unified implementation and execution of brand positioning, visual image, service experience, and pricing system worldwide, and continuously enhance brand awareness and reputation. Oversee the entire operation of the North American market. Be responsible for channel planning, expansion, operation, and maintenance. Develop sales and profit - growth strategies, and lead the team to achieve performance growth targets. Establish a healthy and efficient overseas distribution system to promote the coordinated growth of regional markets. Build and manage an international team. Improve the construction of talent echelon and operation processes. Ensure the company's operational compliance, coordinate cross - departmental and cross - border collaborations, enhance team efficiency, and be accountable for the overall business results. Qualifications: Possess over 15 years of experience in the multinational beauty industry. Have managed brands with an annual revenue of over $150 million, and led teams consisting of more than 10 people. Have a global perspective, understand the logic of high - end luxury brand assets, recognize the differences between the Eastern and Western skincare markets, and have a strong brand awareness.
