Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: \(80,000 to \)90,000 per year (dependent on experience and location)

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize alumni events such as reunions, networking meetups, and professional development workshops
• Maintain and update a robust alumni database to ensure accurate information
• Distribute regular communications (e.g., newsletters and social media updates) to keep alumni informed and involved
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to celebrate alumni achievements and success stories
• Provide career support by building connections between alumni and potential job opportunities or mentorship programs
• Build and nurture partnerships with industry organizations and educational institutions to enhance alumni prospects
• Monitor and analyze alumni engagement data to assess program effectiveness and make improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in alumni relations, community engagement, or a similar role

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• Cosmetology license is a plus
