This role provides expert guidance and personalized recommendations on beauty and personal care products. This role ensures an inclusive, welcoming shopping experience while supporting sales goals and brand events. Associates collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and promote loyalty programs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Beauty Brand Associate:

Greet customers and assist in finding beauty products that meet their needs.
Stay updated on Old Navy and third-party featured brands, new arrivals, and beauty trends.
Demonstrate product knowledge across all beauty and personal care categories.
Support brand events, in-store demos, and seasonal promotions.
Maintain clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing displays.
Help meet daily sales goals through suggestive selling and upselling.
Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Provide feedback on customer responses and overall beauty experience.
Educate customers on loyalty programs to promote engagement.
Support various store operations including sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house as needed.

Qualifications and Experience of Beauty Brand Associate:

Passion for beauty and helping others feel confident.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willingness to learn about new products and share knowledge.
Previous retail or beauty experience is a plus but not required.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
