We partner with indie disruptors and global beauty brands to turn product ideas into reality-covering everything from R&D and formulation to regulatory, packaging, and production . We are passionate about clean beauty, innovation, and full-spectrum service -and we're looking for an experienced Account Manager who knows how to navigate the skincare industry and build lasting B2B client partnerships. Why This Role is Unique At Formology Lab, Account Managers are not just sales reps. They are strategic partners and project leaders . From concept through commercialization, you'll guide clients through: Research & Development Sampling & Testing Regulatory & Compliance Guidance Packaging Coordination Final Ordering & Production This end-to-end ownership model is why brands love working with us-and why this role requires someone with real skincare industry expertise . Key Responsibilities Client Management & Business Growth Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned skincare brand clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to new business development. Product Development Oversight Work with our in-house lab to align client briefs with formulation capabilities. Manage sampling cycles, feedback, testing, and regulatory requirements . Oversee timelines and ensure seamless execution from lab to launch. Project & Order Management Coordinate production milestones, packaging, pricing, and logistics. Track all client projects using internal systems to ensure deadlines are met. Support order placement, confirmations, and reorders. Qualifications Required 3 years of B2B sales or account management experience in skincare, cosmetics, or beauty contract manufacturing . Strong knowledge of the skincare product development lifecycle , from concept through production. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet revenue goals. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Preferred Experience working directly with a skincare lab, contract manufacturer, or beauty supplier . Familiarity with clean beauty standards, INCI, Prop 65, EU regulations, or FDA compliance . Passion for skincare innovation and emerging beauty trends. Compensation & Benefits Starting salary at $70,000 with the opportunity to grow beyond $150,000 through commissions and performance. Commission structure tied to client growth and acquisition.
