At Floyd’s you choose how you earn: start at 40% commission and climb to 55% with no caps, or opt for guaranteed minimum wage. We reward performance weekly—so the more you bring in, the more you take home: simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our barbers and stylists usually take home an average of $30.25 - $49.25 per hour.
