You will be the go-to expert for clients seeking rejuvenation through various innovative treatments, making a significant impact on their confidence and well-being.

What you’ll do

Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, and dermabrasion.
Deliver personalized skincare consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in compliance with health regulations, ensuring the safety of both clients and staff.
Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and retail sales of skincare products.
Engage in social media management to promote services and showcase client transformations.
Upsell services and products to enhance client experiences while achieving sales targets.
Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on effective skincare routines.

Basic qualifications

Licensed cosmetologist or aesthetician with relevant certifications in medical aesthetics.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
Experience with salon software such as MINDBODY for appointment management.

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in a medical spa setting is highly desirable.
Proficiency in additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, nail care, tattooing, deep tissue massage, and straight razor techniques is a plus.
Familiarity with color theory and makeup application to enhance client consultations.
