What you’ll do

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, and eyelash extensions to meet client needs.
• Administer advanced procedures such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations to ensure client safety.
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client concerns and offering tailored solutions that enhance their experience.
• Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling, guest check-in/out, and retail sales to maximize client satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines while promoting retail products effectively.
• Utilize salon software like MINDBODY for efficient appointment management and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that fosters teamwork and exceptional guest services.

Basic qualifications

• Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to engage effectively with clients.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in med spa settings or advanced esthetic procedures such as dermabrasion or deep tissue massage.
• Knowledge of color theory, makeup application techniques, and hair styling is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
• Skills in upselling products and services during client consultations.
