Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time, position for a Hairstylist based in Lakewood, CA. The Hairstylist will provide expert hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to clients' unique preferences. Responsibilities include consulting with clients on their desired looks, ensuring proper hair care practices, maintaining tools and a clean workspace, and delivering exceptional customer service to cultivate long-term client relationships. A commitment to professionalism, creativity, and teamwork is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hair Styling, including cutting, coloring, and applying extensions
• Experience and certification in Cosmetology
• Strong knowledge and practice of Hair Care techniques and products, with a focus on maintaining hair health
• Exemplary Customer Service and Communication skills, creating positive client experiences and managing consultations effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and a passion for ongoing professional development
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays to meet client needs
