Tasks include but are not limited to

Administrative support to agents
Gathering images for artist portfolios
Answering phones/screening calls/receptionist duties
Research/outreach for media lists and client database

Please be articulate through all forms of communication, such as phone and email. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and Google Drive/Docs are a must, as are great organizational skills.

Seeking someone who is driven and intelligent, with an outgoing personality and great social skills. Scheduling is flexible, will most likely be 2 days per week in office. Looking forward to meeting you
