What you’ll do

Perform Deep Pore Cleansing Facials, chemical peels, nano-needling, and customized protocols
Do skin consultations and simple treatment + home-care plans
Educate clients (Spanish-first; English as needed) on aftercare and products
Keep an organized, spotless room and on-time flow
Light CRM notes; help with before/after photos (with consent)

You might be a great fit if you

Hold a New York State Esthetics License
Are reliable, kind, and detail-oriented
Enjoy extractions and are comfortable with peels (we’ll train to our protocols)
Prefer education over pushy sales—and want clients to feel genuinely cared for

Nice to have

Experience with acne or age-management programs
Familiarity with Vagaro or other CRMs (not required)

Schedule

2 days on / 2 days off, full day = 9 hours (rotating)

Compensation & growth

$25/hour in Year 1 + 20% on add-ons commission
Annual base increases of +$5/hour (based on performance/tenure) up to $40/hour
Paid training and mentorship with a clear skill ladder
PTO: up to 40 hours in your first year; then +12 hours annually until you reach 18 paid days per year

Employment: W-2 (NYC sick leave compliant; Workers’ Comp covered)
