Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled freelance sales associate to join our team. As a freelance sales associate, you will provide make-up application, skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations to customers and work as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events.

The ideal candidate will have creative and technical expertise, be a dynamic self-starter, and have a passion for people. While certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with beginner-level expertise.

Responsibilities include

• Providing inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Working retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
• Using retail point-of-sale software

In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
