Job Responsibilities

• Deliver core curriculum through structured instruction, practical training, and student evaluations
• Guide students through state board preparation, ensuring they meet licensing requirements with confidence
• Supervise and mentor students on the clinic floor, reinforcing professional standards and best practices
• Provide consistent coaching and support to foster student growth and success
• Implement and maintain compliance with institutional systems, policies, and procedures
• Stay current on Aveda products, services, and industry trends to enhance student learning and elevate the educational experience

Qualifications

• State of IL Cosmetology license
• Two years of experience in the industry
• Prior teaching, training, or leadership experience required
• Love for the beauty and wellness industry
• Aveda experience is a plus
