## The Role

We're looking for hair stylists and cosmetologists who excel at what we do. You'll be performing our signature blowout service, which means shampooing, blow-drying, and styling hair to perfection. We expect you to complete a blowout in under 45 minutes, and you'll need excellent hair styling and finishing skills to deliver exceptional service every time.

## What You Bring

You must have a current and valid cosmetology license for the state where you're applying. We also welcome cosmetology students—just know you'll need that valid license to work as a hairstylist. You need to be over 21 years old and available for a part-time schedule.

Beyond the credentials, we're looking for someone with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service, strong communication skills, and drive. You should work well with a team and be someone who's easy to collaborate with.

## Compensation and Benefits

You'll earn competitive hourly wages starting at $16.50 per hour, plus tips. Beyond the base wage, there's real earning potential through productivity bonuses and retail incentives. You'll earn $1.50 for every add-on performed. Once you're consistently doing over 20 blowouts per service, you'll make an extra $3 for each blowout beyond that threshold. Membership sales also reward you—up to $10 for every membership you sell. Plus, you'll receive a $100 anniversary gift.
