About The Role
We’re looking for a Account Manager with strong creative agency experience and deep expertise in social media and influencer marketing, ideally within the beauty, skincare, or wellness sectors.
In this role, you’ll lead integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, social, and creator partnerships for one of our most exciting global clients. You’ll act as a strategic partner to the client while coordinating internal teams to deliver culturally relevant, high-impact work.

Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio
- Build strong, trusted relationships and develop a deep understanding of client objectives and brand positioning
- Provide strategic guidance across social media, influencer marketing, and digital-first campaigns
- Ensure internal teams are aligned to deliver work that exceeds expectations
Integrated Campaign Management
- Lead the execution of integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, social media, and influencer activations
- Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs for strategy, creative, and production teams
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure smooth campaign delivery
- Anticipate potential challenges and proactively identify solutions throughout the campaign lifecycle
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
- Lead influencer marketing initiatives from strategy to execution
- Identify and recommend relevant creators aligned with brand values, campaign objectives, and audience targets
- Manage influencer outreach, briefing, negotiations, and campaign coordination
- Oversee creator deliverables, content approvals, and campaign timelines
- Monitor and evaluate influencer performance and campaign impact
Communication & Presentations
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with both clients and internal stakeholders
- Present campaign strategies, creative concepts, influencer recommendations, and performance results
- Translate campaign insights into clear and actionable recommendations
Budget & Financial Management
- Develop and manage campaign budgets across social and influencer activation
- Track financial performance to ensure campaigns remain profitable
- Oversee invoicing, financial reporting, and budget reconciliation
Performance & Insights
- Track and analyze campaign performance across social and influencer channels
- Identify optimization opportunities and emerging trends
- Deliver post-campaign reporting and strategic recommendations for future activity
- Deliver post-campaign reports and annual Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in Account Management within a creative, social, or digital agency
- Proven experience managing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of social platforms, creator culture, and digital trends
- Demonstrated interest in or experience within the beauty, skincare, or wellness sectors
- Experience working with influencers, talent agencies, and creator management platforms
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with a strong creative sensibility
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Collaborative and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Languages
- English (mandatory)
- Any other languages are a plus.
