Licensed Esthetician - Part Time

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Esthetician to join our team, as a part time Esthetician. You will be responsible for providing a range of skincare services to our clients, helping them achieve their desired aesthetic goals. If you are passionate about skincare, customer service, and enhancing the natural beauty of others, we would love to have you on board. Hourly salary + commission and tips & employee discounts on all products and services.

No weekends. Needed ANY three days Monday-Thursday (you choose)

Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare and body treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, laser hair removal, SkinPen, Hydrafacial, and more.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Sanitate work areas and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Engage in retail sales of skincare products to clients to enhance their at-home skincare routines.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Experience

• Proven experience working as an Esthetician in a salon or spa setting for 3 years+
• Strong sales skills with a focus on promoting skincare products and additional services.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and understand their needs.
• Certification or training in Esthetics from an accredited institution.
