As a Spa Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service through professional facials, waxing, and body treatments. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of skin care, masterful facial massage techniques, and precise skin extractions while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Your role ensures that every Guest enjoys a personalized and memorable spa experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Spa Esthetician:

Provide professional facials, waxing, and body treatments in accordance with spa standards.
Demonstrate excellent facial massage and skin extraction techniques.
Educate Guests on treatments and products to enhance their spa experience.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all treatment areas and equipment.
Handle difficult or sensitive situations independently using effective service recovery techniques.
Anticipate Guest needs and respond proactively to special requests.
Maintain thorough knowledge of Disneyland Resort services, amenities, and surrounding area.

Qualifications and Experience of Spa Esthetician

Minimum age of 18 years.
Valid and current Esthetician license in the State of California.
Previous experience in a spa, salon, or hotel environment.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while delivering exceptional guest service.
Professionalism, enthusiasm, and passion for providing high-quality treatments.

Salary

The starting pay rate for this position in California is $20.42 per hour.
