Assistant position available at De La Mer Salon & Spa, a luxury, multi-service Salon & Spa Company now hiring ambitious individuals with a charismatic, outgoing and career-minded personality to join our team!

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

MUST be currently enrolled in, or a graduate of cosmetology school.
Friendly, energetic & enthusiastic personality.
Must be responsible, punctual & reliable.
Must be motivated, self-starters with exceptional time management skills, who are willing and eager to learn and continue their education
Must be willing & able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, upbeat, goal-driven environment, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
Must be dedicated to and passionate about the industry and their career
The ideal applicant is looking for a permanent position of growth at our salon
Flexible availability including weeknights, weekend and/or some holidays

Position Overview

Assist Stylists & Colorists on the salon floor
Maintain awareness of Stylist’s & Colorist’s schedule to assist them in running on time.
Provide exceptional customer service to every guest who visits salon; Go above and beyond for clients and anticipate their needs
Assist with daily responsibilities and cleaning tasks.
Attend regular staff meetings and education
