Duties

• Perform entry level facials. (Training will be provided)
• Provide expert product demonstrations and recommend skincare solutions tailored to individual client needs.
• Handle front desk duties including greeting clients warmly, checking in appointments, answering inquiries via phone or social media management tools, and maintaining a clean, sanitized environment in compliance with sanitation standards.
• Upsell retail products confidently while delivering exceptional guest services that promote client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain detailed treatment records and stay current on industry trends.
• Engage in social media management to promote services, special offers, and client success stories that boost our online presence.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with experience in medical spa or salon settings preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities to create a welcoming environment for clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment space for both guests and staff.
• Ability to handle social media platforms for marketing purposes effectively.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
