Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled in cutting, coloring, styling, and client consultation, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and extensions
• Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments
• Maintain knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products
• Recommend retail haircare products based on client needs
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon areas
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Deliver high-quality customer service
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth salon operations
• Follow all California cosmetology regulations and sanitation requirements

Requirements

• Valid California cosmetology license (required)
• Previous salon experience preferred (7+ years depending on level)
• Strong skills in hair extensions, cutting, coloring, and styling
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• Professional appearance and attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing client base is a plus
• Social media presence or ability to help promote salon services is a plus
• Experience with premium product lines
• Multilingual skills are a plus in Beverly Hills market

Schedule
