Aesthetic Laser & Medical Skincare Provider (RN / NP / PA)

Part-Time to Full-Time | 25–40 Hours per Week | In-Person

We are a well known luxury med spa seeking a highly skilled, patient-centered Aesthetic Laser & Medical Skincare Provider to join our growing medical aesthetics team. This role is open to a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) and is focused on laser-based treatments and advanced medical skincare.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a luxury, medical spa environment where clinical excellence, patient experience, and long-term skin health take priority.

What You’ll Do

• Perform laser and light-based treatments, including hair removal, skin resurfacing, pigmentation correction, acne treatment, and skin tightening.
• Provide medical-grade skincare services, including chemical peels, microneedling, and corrective facials.
• Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and consultations.
• Develop and oversee custom treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Educate patients on pre- and post-care, expected outcomes, and home medical-grade skincare regimens.
• Maintain accurate patient records and EMR documentation.
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulations and infection control protocols
• Evaluate patient candidacy and contraindications for treatment
• Support patient retention through education and exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold the spa’s brand and luxury experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN, NP, or PA license (state-specific)
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Laser certification preferred, but training can be provided
• Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or clinical skincare preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, luxury environment
• Professional, calm, and polished bedside manner

Schedule

• 25–40 hours per week - make your own schedule with eveningd and weekends optional.
