Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team at a vibrant med spa Clinic..The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, with a focus on providing exceptional client experiences. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for performing various treatments and services while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Duties

• Provide a range of esthetic services including facials, chemical peels, and skin analysis.
• Administer Botulinum toxin treatments and other advanced skincare procedures as required.
• Apply eyelash extensions and offer hair extension services to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Engage with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate products or treatments.
• Utilize Millennium software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions.
• Promote retail sales by recommending products that align with clients' skincare goals.
• Manage social media accounts to showcase services, share client testimonials, and promote special offers.

Skills

• Proven experience in a med spa or salon environment with a focus on cosmetology.
• Proficiency in advanced esthetic techniques including Botulinum toxin treatment and eyelash extensions.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively promote services and retail products.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to providing a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Familiarity with social media management to enhance brand presence online.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
