In under two years, the brand has scaled to strong 8-figure revenue, served over 350,000 customers, and built a culture-driven community across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and DTC.
We are now entering our next phase of growth focused on scaling beyond $50M, expanding into retail, and solidifying Crowned Skin as a category-defining brand in men’s grooming.

The Opportunity
We are hiring a Chief Commercial & Brand Officer to lead the full revenue engine and brand execution of Crowned Skin.
This is not a traditional marketing role. This is an executive operator role for someone who has been close to the fire inside a high-growth brand and knows how to scale both revenue and brand at the same time.
You will own the commercial performance of the business while ensuring the brand continues to lead culturally, particularly within multicultural consumers and the modern male grooming space.
We are specifically looking for a leader with a strong bench of relationships across the beauty, grooming, retail, and creator ecosystem who can open doors, accelerate partnerships, and elevate the brand’s position in market.

What You’ll Own
Full Revenue Engine
- Own all revenue channels including DTC, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and emerging platforms
- Lead paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and beyond
- Drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value with a strong focus on efficiency and scale
- Build systems that turn growth into a repeatable, predictable engine
Brand & Cultural Leadership
- Lead brand positioning, storytelling, and creative direction across all channels
- Ensure Crowned Skin remains premium, differentiated, and culturally relevant
- Shape content and campaigns that resonate deeply with multicultural audiences, especially Black male consumers
- Partner closely with creative to drive both performance and brand equity
Go-To-Market & Launch Strategy
- Own product launch strategy end-to-end
- Build a repeatable launch engine that drives outsized revenue moments
- Align product, marketing, and channel strategy for maximum impact
Retail & Strategic Partnerships
- Lead retail expansion strategy across key partners
- Bring existing relationships with buyers, distributors, and key accounts
- Build partnerships across athletes, creators, and cultural platforms that drive brand heat and revenue
- Ensure strong channel strategy to protect DTC while scaling wholesale
Team & Operating Structure
- Lead and scale a high-performing team across paid, creative, social, email/SMS, and affiliates
- Implement clear KPIs, accountability, and execution cadence
- Upgrade talent where needed and build a team capable of supporting the next stage of growth
Executive Leadership
- Operate as a true partner to the CEO, translating vision into execution
- Bring structure, clarity, and accountability to the organization
- Help drive the company from 8-figures to a scaled, institutional-ready business

Who You Are
- You have helped scale a beauty, grooming, or CPG brand through a meaningful growth phase (ideally 30 million plus to 100 million+)
- You have deep experience operating within multicultural beauty and grooming, not just observing it
- You understand how to win with modern channels including DTC, TikTok Shop, and performance marketing
- You bring a strong network across retail, creators, agencies, and brand operators
- You are both strategic and hands-on, able to zoom out and execute when needed
- You have strong brand instincts and can balance creative direction with data-driven decision making
- You build systems, not dependency, and know how to scale teams and processes
- You operate with ownership and move with urgency

Additional Context
We are not looking for a traditional executive who manages from a distance.
We are looking for an operator who has been inside high-growth environments, understands the nuance of multicultural consumers, and brings both execution and relationships to the table.
Experience with brands such as Mielle Organics, Bevel, SheaMoisture, Pattern Beauty, or similar high-growth, culturally driven companies is highly relevant.
