Responsibilities

As our Marketing Coordinator, US Luxury – Kylie Cosmetics, you will be responsible for supporting the US Marketing efforts for this growing and dynamic brand..

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator who will support the business across categories. You’ll play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring flawless operational delivery across product launches, merchandising, and digital campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic brand environment, working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Trade Marketing, Creative, and Global counterparts.

Your main focus

Marketing Operations & Execution

Maintain and update the US launch calendar, ensuring all key dates and milestones are accurately tracked.
Support the Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) in preparing 360 Launch Trackers and coordinating timelines across teams.
Assist in compiling monthly sell-out data and market performance reports in partnership with ABM

Budget & Purchase Order Management

Assist ABM in the tracking and submission of Purchase Orders (POs) for marketing activities and product needs.
Track PO approvals and deadlines, liaising with Finance to ensure timely processing.

SKU & Forecasting Support

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track SKU timelines (Initial In Country Warehouse date from Global Trade Marketing, updates to timeline from Life Cycle, etc)
Partner with ABM to enter innovation forecasts into Prometheus tool, and escalate missing data to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain updated SKU assortment lists with current RSPs by retailer/channel and distribute to relevant teams.
Assist in creating one-pagers for innovation launches to support Sales and Trade Marketing

Merchandising & Asset Coordination

Review and submit Visual Merchandising (VM) briefs and artwork for accuracy (product info, pricing, shade names).
Liaise with Global and local VM teams to ensure revisions are implemented.
Support E-commerce teams with asset delivery and Influenster/customer review programs.
Coordinate with design agencies for custom assets (e.g., paid media banners, PDP enhancements).

Product & Sample Management

Manage closet orders to ensure innovation and core products are stocked and organized.
Work with ABM on the deployment of PR kits and samples for influencer and media outreach.
Assist in creation & tracking of Internal SKU Identifier (IRC) codes for local production items

Brand Execution Support

Assist in updating seasonal sell books with pricing and SKU changes.
Help create briefs to influence Global teams on local market asset needs and timelines.

The team consists of “Marketing Coordinator” working closely together with several departments such as Global Marketing and US Visual Merchandising.

Qualifications

We’d love to see candidates who have

1–2 years of experience in marketing, operations, or a related field (beauty or consumer goods preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
A collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Hourly Rate: $35.00-$40.00/hr
