JOB SUMMARY

The Art Director (AD) will lead the creative vision and execution across digital and brand channels, with a strong focus on e-commerce, mobile, and digital storytelling. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and refining innovative designs that align with the brand’s identity, ensuring visual consistency and excellence across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of consumer behavior within the luxury beauty industry, strong digital strategy expertise, and hands-on experience in art direction, production, and team leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the creative direction and execution for digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand DNA and strategy.
Develop and execute digital touchpoints, focusing on the e-commerce ecosystem and mobile platforms.
Maintain visual and conceptual consistency across brand initiatives and interactive platforms.
Conceptualize breakthrough digital creative ideas with modern, disruptive storytelling.
Oversee production of all digital assets, ensuring high-quality output across channels.
Attend photo and video shoots and oversee post-production processes.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, eCommerce, Social, Digital, Creative, and Global partners) to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Collaborate with external vendors and global partners to drive brand consistency and innovation.
Identify and apply emerging design and technology trends to enhance the global digital strategy.
Inspire and manage in-house designers and external agencies, fostering a collaborative creative culture.
Manage creative budgets, timelines, and workflows to ensure timely project delivery.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
7–10 years of hands-on experience in art direction, digital campaign design, and e-commerce creative environments.
Strong conceptual abilities and art direction skills, with a deep understanding of the digital landscape.
Proven experience managing photoshoots, creative budgets, and production timelines.
Exceptional eye for detail, typography, color, and page layout.
Proficiency in digital marketing, UI/UX principles, and emerging technologies.
Experience in both agency and in-house environments.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills for managing design teams.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working with luxury beauty or lifestyle brands.
Portfolio showcasing strong retail-focused design thinking and digital storytelling.
Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
Knowledge of global brand consistency and cross-market creative strategy.
