Responsibilities

Lead concept development and art direction for digital campaigns and e-commerce platforms.
Maintain visual and conceptual consistency across digital, print, and packaging assets.
Oversee production of digital assets, photoshoots, and post-production.
Partner closely with marketing, social, eCommerce, and product development teams.
Identify and apply emerging digital and creative trends to enhance brand storytelling.
Manage and mentor a team of designers and external vendors.
Deliver modern, disruptive, brand-appropriate creative work under tight timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
7–10 years’ experience in art direction or creative design, preferably in luxury beauty or fashion.
Expertise in digital marketing, UI/UX, and eCommerce design.
Strong portfolio showcasing typography, campaign work, and visual storytelling.
Experience managing photo/video shoots and creative production budgets.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
