We are a high-end wellness and aesthetic practice located in the heart of the Upper East Side. Our spa combines advanced medical aesthetics with a luxury experience, offering customized treatments in a serene and professional environment. We are looking for an experienced, polished, and client-focused Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and body treatments
Assist in pre- and post-treatment care for advanced procedures such as laser and injectables (in coordination with medical providers)
Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and treatment plans
Maintain accurate client records and ensure HIPAA compliance
Create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment that reflects the tone of a luxury Upper East Side practice
Contribute to retail sales and client retention goals
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of treatment rooms according to NYS sanitation standards

Requirements

Valid NYS Esthetician License
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a medspa or high-end aesthetic practice
Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, products, and industry trends
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
Experience with HydraFacial, Potenza RF microneedling, or laser technology is a plus
Flexible schedule including evenings preferred

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
