Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Commission Sales Associate, based on-site in Bronx, NY. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, demonstrating knowledge of Cleanslate's skincare and mobile barber services, and providing outstanding customer service. The role includes meeting sales targets, following up with leads, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting in promotional events and marketing campaigns. Collaboration with the team to ensure client satisfaction is a key part of this position.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience and a track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, customer relationship management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site, manage schedules, and contribute to a team environment
• Familiarity with skincare and grooming products, or a willingness to learn about the industry
• Capable of working independently and taking initiative to generate leads
• Basic understanding of marketing and promotional strategies
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or related fields is a plus
