Responsibilities

• Hair Mastery: Cutting, shaving, and styling for the best clientele in the city. Our clients are the heartbeat of the city.
• Clean & Chill: Keep your station as fresh as your cuts. Sanitize tools, vibe out, and maintain that community space vibe.
• Product Pusher: Share your knowledge by recommending products that keep our community looking sharp.
• Tech-Savvy: Use our slick salon software to manage your appointments and hustle your way to success.

Requirements

• Proven Skill: You need to have your barber or cosmetology license and be ready to show off your skills on Brooklyn’s finest heads.
• Service with a Smile: Your customer service game needs to be on point because here, everyone's family.
• Self-Starter: We’re all about that commission-based life. If you're ready to grind out haircuts and be your own boss, this is your spot.
• Mentorship: Got a passion for lifting others up? Share your knowledge with the younger crew.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $80.00 per hour
