• Deliver high-level haircuts, fades, beard trims, and straight razor shaves.
• Create an elevated, consistent client experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary station.
• Recommend grooming products that genuinely fit your clients’ needs.
• Use booking software to manage appointments and grow your book.

• Licensed NY barber or cosmetologist.
• 5+ years experience preferred (or equivalent high-level skill).
• Strong technical ability with modern and classic styles.
• Confident, professional, and personable.
• Self-motivated and commission-driven.
