Esthetician Instructor

• *Job Summary:** We seek an experienced Esthetician Instructor to join our team at Citrus College.

This part-time position involves teaching esthetician courses, including theory and practical applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in esthetics, excellent communication skills, and experience working with diverse student populations.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of students
• Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve course materials and instruction

The successful candidate will possess a high level of technical skill and knowledge in esthetics, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience working in a salon or spa environment is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications: Recent salon experience, possession of current cosmetology and esthetician licenses, completion of 600 hour cosmetology teacher training course, demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and stay current with technical developments.

Licenses and Certificates: Cosmetology License, Esthetician License.

Applicants should have a strong understanding of the principles and practices of esthetics, as well as the ability to adapt to changing technology and industry trends.
