Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and energetic Licensed Barber to join our dynamic team! As a Licensed Barber, you will be the go-to expert for grooming and styling, delivering exceptional haircuts, shaves, and grooming services that leave clients feeling confident and refreshed. Responsibilities

• Provide expert barbering services including haircuts, straight razor shaves, beard trims, and grooming consultations.
• Perform specialized services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, hair threading, and makeup application to meet diverse client needs.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations and salon protocols.
• Use Barbershop software like Squire to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
• Offer personalized product recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and shop revenue. ( Commision is 50 %)
• Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments with retail math accuracy.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority.
• Proven experience in barbering with expertise in hair styling and straight razor shaving
• Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively and provide outstanding customer service.
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment.

Pay: $30.00 - $75.00 per hour
