Position: Student Relations/Customer Service Bilingual English/ Spanish (conversational)

This position assists prospects, students, alumni, and customers address their needs while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

Answering and directing phone calls.
Responding to general inquiries daily to prospective clients, students, alumni and general customers.
Meet students to handle documents and give information and student kits.
Checking in with students on their first day of in-person class.
Booking, checking in, and checking out appointments for spa services.
Assisting customers with skin care product purchases and processing purchases via the POS system.
Work with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience

Previous Office Experience Preferred.
Must have good people skills and communicate effectively and tactfully with students and the general public.
Good knowledge of MS Office, G. Suite, and general clerical office methods, procedures, and practices.
Proficient in customer service.
Bilingual English/Spanish (conversational).
